For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Registration on kc77 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. You must be of legal age to engage in online gambling under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you. Meeting the minimum age requirement does not in itself render gambling lawful under Pakistani law or any other applicable national or provincial law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your country, province or territory of residence. kc77 reserves the right to restrict or block access from jurisdictions where the operation of the Platform or the use of any Service is prohibited or regulated in a manner incompatible with kc77's license conditions. Creating an Account from a restricted jurisdiction is prohibited.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names or identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance and Bonus Funds therein.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not under any legal disability preventing you from doing so, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party without their knowledge and consent.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address or mobile number. You undertake to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
kc77 applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with its AML compliance obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification — before deposits are processed, withdrawals are approved, or Bonus Funds are released. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kc77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify kc77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
kc77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time, including at the point of withdrawal request, in order to confirm the identity, age, address and payment method ownership of the Account holder. This is a standard industry compliance measure and does not imply any allegation of wrongdoing.
The Platform and all Services are provided for your personal and recreational use only. Commercial exploitation of any Service — including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, using automated betting software (bots), or reselling access to the Platform — is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
In the event of a manifest error — including an incorrect odds display, an erroneous game result, or a technical malfunction — kc77 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and restore Account balances to their pre-error state. kc77 will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct errors promptly.
Funds may be deposited into your Account using payment methods supported by kc77 at the time of deposit. Availability of specific payment methods — including those referencing Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is subject to operator confirmation and may vary. These payment provider names are referenced as familiar local context only; they do not imply endorsement of gambling by those providers. kc77 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.
Where the Platform supports a PKR wallet, your Account Balance will be displayed and managed in Pakistani Rupees. kc77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations where currency conversion is applied by a third-party payment processor.
Withdrawals may be requested once all applicable KYC checks have been completed and any Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been satisfied. Processing times depend on the withdrawal method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. kc77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal.
kc77 operates in compliance with applicable AML standards. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the associated deposit where technically possible. kc77 may delay or refuse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.
Promotional offers and bonuses available on kc77 are subject to individual offer terms, which will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and may not be combined with other promotional offers.
All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible Games will be specified in the individual offer terms. Bets placed on certain Game categories may contribute at a reduced rate towards meeting the Wagering Requirement, as specified in the offer terms.
kc77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotional offer has been claimed in bad faith, through multiple Accounts, or by exploiting a technical error. Systematic exploitation of bonuses is considered a form of fraud and may result in permanent Account closure.
Bonus Funds and associated free spins or free bets will expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not completed within the time limit stated in the individual offer terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account without notice.
All bets and game rounds are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market or Game, which are available within the Platform at the point of play. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific Game rules, the specific Game rules shall prevail in respect of that Game or market.
kc77 operates sports betting markets including cricket (covering Pakistan domestic and international fixtures, PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), football, tennis, basketball and combat sports including UFC. References to these sports and competitions are for context only and do not imply any official partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket board, football federation or any sports organization.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and will be displayed at the point of bet placement. kc77 reserves the right to limit stakes on any market at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Breach of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.
kc77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where a User has breached these Terms, failed to complete KYC requirements, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where kc77 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting kc77 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance (after deducting any applicable charges and void Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of all required verification checks.
Users who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for responsible gambling reasons may apply for a self-exclusion period through their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is a responsible gambling tool and is governed by the terms set out in our Responsible Gambling policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kc77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business or reputational damage.
kc77's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise.
kc77 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of any odds or game results, or the fitness of any Service for a particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
All Content on the Platform — including the kc77 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces and data — is the intellectual property of kc77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, modify or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of kc77. Any unauthorized use of kc77's intellectual property may result in legal action.
kc77 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kc77 does not sell personal data to third parties.

Where changes are material, kc77 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users by email or via an in-Platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
